Terms of Service

Product: Shotuno Chrome extension

Website: shotuno.suhoangan.com · Contact: hoangansu9@gmail.com

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shotuno Chrome extension and the Shotuno website at shotuno.suhoangan.com (together, the “Service”). By installing or using Shotuno, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Shotuno is a free browser extension that lets you capture screenshots (visible tab, selected area, or full page), annotate them in an on-page editor, save pins and downloads in a side panel library, and optionally copy, download, or send images to destinations you choose.

Shotuno does not require an account. Screenshots, pins, and preferences are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shotuno. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will use Shotuno in compliance with applicable laws.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Shotuno for its intended purpose: capturing and annotating screenshots in your browser.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the extension, or use it to violate others’ rights or any law.

4. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for what you capture, annotate, store, export, or share with Shotuno. Do not use Shotuno to capture or disclose content you are not allowed to record, or to violate privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality obligations.

When you send an image to a third-party destination (for example Gemini), that service’s terms and privacy policy apply.

5. Optional tips

Shotuno is free. Optional “Buy me a coffee” or tip links may open third-party payment providers (for example Gumroad). Those payments are processed by the provider under their own terms. Tips do not purchase a subscription or create a paid account with Shotuno unless we clearly state otherwise.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third parties (Chrome Web Store, payment pages, websites you open, AI destinations you choose). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Shotuno will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or Chrome version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shotuno and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Shotuno in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or (b) USD $0 for free use.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms when the product changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. You may stop using Shotuno at any time by uninstalling the extension.
